The Customer Service & Communications Manager (with focus on Marketing, Research, and International Relations) manages communication between the company and its stakeholders — including nominees, partners, sponsors, and the public. They play a key role in marketing, content development, and research that support the award scheme’s visibility and credibility.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Handle inquiries from participants, partners, and the public.
- Manage digital communication (emails, calls, and social media).
- Build and maintain relationships with award nominees and honorees.
Marketing & Good Communication Skills
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for award programs.
- Create compelling written and visual content for online platforms.
- Support branding, media partnerships, and press releases.
- Manage website updates, newsletters, and event promotions.
Research (National & International)
- Conduct background research on potential honorees, organizations, and industry trends.
- Support international collaboration, bilateral partnerships, and chamber/association building.
- Draft communication materials, speeches, and official correspondences.
Association & Chamber Building
- Support the creation and coordination of professional networks, associations, or chambers linked to the award initiative.
- Engage with embassies, trade bodies, and corporate institutions.
- Develop partnership proposals and maintain stakeholder databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, or related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience in event coordination or stakeholder relations is an asset.
- Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Diplomatic and culturally sensitive communication style.
