Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure rooms are properly set up for check-ins and after check-outs
- Change bed linens, replace towels and replenish room amenities
- Handle guest politely and professionally
- Adhere strictly to hotel policies, hygiene standards and safety procedures
- Report maintenance issues, damages or missing items promptly
- Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Accurately record assigned duties and room status
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma
- Prior experience in Hotel management is an added advantage
- Must be physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
- Willingness to work day or night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility and discipline
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
NB: Candidate should live around Tema, Ashaiman and its environs
