Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome every customer warmly upon entry with a friendly smile.
- Greet customers politely and professionally at all times.
- Introduce the store using the approved greeting: “Hello and welcome to Perfume Hub. It’s great to have you here. How may I be of service today?”
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide basic product information where required.
Store Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Clean and dust shelves and products regularly.
- Sweep the store floor daily to maintain a clean environment.
- Clean glass surfaces and display areas daily.
- Ensure overall store hygiene, neatness, and cleanliness at all times.
Store Organization & Merchandising
- Arrange products neatly and attractively on shelves.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and well-organized at all times.
- Refill shelves and restock products when spaces are empty.
- Maintain a presentable and well-managed store appearance throughout operating hours.
Requirements
- Friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
- Ability to keep products neatly arranged and visually appealing.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and maintain store standards.
