Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product or service information.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or refer issues to supervisors when necessary.
Transaction Processing
- Process cash, credit, debit, and mobile money transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
Cash Handling and Reconciliation
- Count cash in the register at the start and end of shifts.
- Maintain accurate cash balances and report discrepancies promptly.
- Follow company cash handling and security procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Senior High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Basic numerical and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle transactions quickly.
