An upscale internet cafe is looking for energetic Ghanaians to employ as Internet Cafe Managers / Attendants. Applicants should be I.T bias. Should have knowledge and skills in Graphic Design, Basic Computer repairs. Online applications, networking, Office Suite etc . Prospective will interface with customers. Must live in close proximity to Madina. should be ready to work shift system. i.e. Day and Night.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the internet café.
- Assist customers with internet use, printing, scanning, and other services.
- Provide support with online applications and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform basic computer repairs and software installations.
- Maintain computer systems, networks, and software updates.
- Ensure smooth operation of Office Suite and related applications.
- Handle basic graphic design tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.
- Report any major technical issues to management promptly.
Requirements:
- Senior High School Certificate, Diploma, or higher (I.T-related field preferred).
- Strong interest or background in Information Technology.
- Knowledge of: Graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Canva), Basic computer hardware repairs, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Networking and internet setup and Basic software installation and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, energetic, and able to work with minimal supervision.
