Job summary
An institution in Accra is looking for an experienced Front of House professional who can also provide limited administrative support. Please be comfortable in an educational environment, be a people person and a problem solver. We are looking for a multitasker with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. This role requires you to establish and maintain positive relationships with visitors, be well presented in dress and speech, be professional, and be welcoming. Our clients will expect you to be knowledgeable, to be able to provide information, to be able to answer questions and respond to requests, and to direct their queries to the right source.
Job descriptions & requirements
- An associate’s degree in a related field
- Experience managing clients, well-dressed and presentable
- Excellent verbal/telephone skills
- Experience managing inventory and data, confidentiality, working knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Office Hours: M-F: 7.30 am - 5pm
- Start Date: Immediate
- Review Process: 3 months' probation
