Architect

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Architect to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about design, thrive in collaborative environments, and excel at guiding projects from concept to completion, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

•
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, goals, and style preferences

•
Create and develop unique design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings

•
Produce technical drawings, floor plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.

•
Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories

•
Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers

•
Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity, quality, and progress

•
Present design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders

•
Work closely with a team of designers, project managers, and consultants

Requirements

•
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

•
3–5 years of professional experience with a strong focus on interior design

•
A portfolio showcasing creative design thinking and executed projects.

•
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools like V-Ray, Corona & Enscape.

•
Excellent eye for detail, color, proportion, and functionality

•
Strong communication and presentation skills

•
Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines
