Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) products to healthcare professionals and retail outlets.
- Drive sales growth and ensure product availability.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market intelligence and generate accurate reports.
Requirements:
- First degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years' post-national service experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Experience in field sales, customer relationship management, and product promotion.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good reporting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- A qualification in Pharmacy or as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) is an advantage.
