Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bluma will provide strategic leadership, set the company vision, and drive overall business growth in alignment with the organization’s goals. This full-time, hybrid role is based in North Carolina, United States, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading executive decision-making, overseeing operations and administrative functions, managing financial performance, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The CEO will build and nurture relationships with investors, partners, and key customers, while guiding product and market strategy in the fast-evolving AI and social media landscape. This role also involves mentoring the leadership team, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring that company policies and processes support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, with the ability to oversee organizational processes and support efficient operations.
- Background in Customer Service, with a focus on customer-centric decision-making and building long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of Accounting and financial management to guide budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal responsibility.
- Proven executive or senior leadership experience in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy, set priorities, and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-informed decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience working with investors, venture-backed companies, or accelerator programs (e.g., YC) is highly beneficial.
