We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Managers to drive market development, customer acquisition, and sales growth for our range of 3C electronics, mobile phone screens, spare parts, and related accessories. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new markets, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Experience in Facebook, TikTok, and online sales will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand markets for the company's products.
- Drive sales and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups.
- Promote products through online and social media platforms.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
- Prepare regular sales and market development reports.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
Products Covered:
- 3C electronics, including power banks, chargers, cables, and related accessories.
- Mobile phone screens and spare parts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in electronics, mobile accessories, screens, or spare parts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Experience with Facebook and TikTok operations is highly preferred.
- Experience in online sales and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
