Vanguard Life Assurance is seeking motivated, confident, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building relationships, engaging with businesses, and working collaboratively to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Vanguard Life's insurance solutions to corporate organizations and institutions through a team-based B2B sales approach. Client visits are conducted as a team, providing a supportive environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and success.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective corporate clients and institutions.
- Promote and sell Vanguard Life Assurance's insurance products and services.
- Conduct presentations and client meetings alongside your sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide ongoing support to clients.
- Represent Vanguard Life Assurance professionally at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SHS Certificate, Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or insurance is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Willingness to learn and build a successful career in sales.
