Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Lettings Supervisor to oversee the leasing and management of properties within our real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to prospective and existing tenants while driving occupancy, rental income and lettings performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing rental properties., with the ability to convert enquiries and viewings into successful lettings.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings, property management, Hotel Reservation or real estate, with strong knowledge scheme of the rental process or Hotel reservation exposure.
- Experience managing rental properties and dealing directly with landlords, tenants and prospective tenants.
- Proven sales or business-development experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of property viewings, tenant screening, negotiations, lease agreements and tenancy processes.
- Excellent customer-service and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a lettings team.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to maximise occupancy and rental income.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of applicable tenancy/property regulations.
- A minimum of 3yrs exp in a similar role is preferered
