Van Sales Representatives
Job summary
PPG is hiring a Van Sales Rep for an FMCG client. Drive a manual van to sell known and high demand food, i.e Unilever, Cadbury and non-food products to retail outlets. Based at Kaneshie North Industrial Area or Spintex, whichever is closer to you. GHC 1,500 net base plus 1% commission; total earnings GHC 3,000 to 4,000 monthly based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- The Van Sales Representative will drive a manual transmission van along assigned routes to sell FMCG food or non-food products directly to retail outlets and customer
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales,stock, and cash collections.
Compensation:
Flat net base salary of GHC 1,500 per month, plus 1% commission on sales. Example: a rep who sells GHC 100,000 worth of product in a month earns GHC 1,000 in commission, for a total of GHC 2,500. A rep who sells GHC 200,000 worth of product earns GHC 2,000 in commission, for a total of GHC 3,500. Commission is performance based and not guaranteed; the flat base of GHC 1,500 is the only fixed amount.
