Store Supervisor / Sales Associate
Job summary
We are looking for a confident, well-presented Store Sales & Operations Associate to manage day-to-day store activities. You will drive sales, assist customers, coordinate store staff, support administrative tasks, maintain store presentation and create engaging product content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms. As a Store Supervisor / Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to customers in-store. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, handling customer enquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the store. You will also help coordinate store staff, monitor stock, maintain store presentation, and assist with administrative tasks and social media content creation as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Support inventory checks, restocking, and product displays.
- Ensure other store staff complete their assigned duties.
- Create and assist with Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other product content.
Requirements:
- HND or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, customer-focused, and sales-oriented attitude.
- Good presentation and professional appearance.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and creating short-form content.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
