Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Follow up on sales leads through calls and emails.
- Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads to encourage participation in sales presentations and training programmes.
- Manage sales leads on behalf of the Sales Manager and sales team.
- Make calls and coordinate appointments for sales presentations.
- Support product demonstrations and train relevant team members on online demonstrations.
Customer & Order Coordination
- Meet customers after delivery and introduce them to the products.
- Receive and process new orders and submit them for verification.
- Coordinate deliveries between the office and customers.
- Track shipments and follow up until orders are received and acknowledged.
- Coordinate the return of cancelled orders.
- Follow up and assist with resolving customer complaints and issues.
Training & Sales Activity Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for training, presentations and other sales activities.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, food, water and other requirements when necessary.
- Coordinate audio-visual requirements for presentations and training sessions.
- Organise meetings with the sales team and management.
- Support visiting management and team members when required.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good customer service and follow-up skills.
- Confident making calls and communicating with customers.
- Good computer and email skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration or a similar role will be an advantage.
