Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell Chaskele Snacks products to customers and prospective clients.
- Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate and monitor product deliveries to customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers, retail outlets, and prospective clients.
- Support field marketing activities, product activations, promotions, and other sales initiatives.
- Monitor customer needs, feedback, and market trends, and communicate insights to management.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, sales activities, and field visits.
- Identify opportunities to increase product visibility, distribution, and sales within assigned areas.
