Administrative Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking a well-organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation. The ideal candidate will assist with managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day office activities. The candidate should have excellent communication, time-management, and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Attend to students, parents, clients, and visitors.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain student/client records and update CRM.
- Follow up on leads, payments, documents, and applications.
- Support daily administrative activities.
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience
- Educational consultancy, admissions, customer service, or travel experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and Canva
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
