Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting the right shapewear, styles and sizes.
- Explain product features, fit and care instructions.
- Process walk-in and online/WhatsApp orders accurately.
- Handle sales and payments according to company procedures.
- Assist with stock-taking and monitor stock levels.
- Keep products, displays and fitting rooms neat and organized.
- Follow fitting-room, exchange and store policies.
- Help achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous retail, fashion or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, friendly and sales-oriented.
- Honest, punctual, responsible and attentive to detail.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones and basic POS/sales systems.
- Must be willing to learn about shapewear products, sizing and fitting.
Preferred Candidate: Someone energetic and proactive who genuinely enjoys customer service and understands that the role involves both selling and creating an excellent in-store experience.
