Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders.
- Welcome customers and provide information about available drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor beverage stock and report shortages.
- Handle customer orders and payments accurately where required.
- Follow responsible service practices and applicable alcohol service regulations.
- Ensure bar equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
Requirements
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, attentive, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
