Role Description Sales and Marketing Officer supports the sales and marketing team in promoting the company's products, increasing sales, developing customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves assisting with sales activities, market research, customer follow-ups, promotional campaigns, and preparation of sales reports.

Qualifications

• Strong market research skills, including data collection, analysis, and insight generation.
• Foundational marketing skills, such as campaign planning, brand positioning, and product promotion.
• Effective communication skills for engaging customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with social media marketing and basic digital marketing tools.

3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.

• Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and relationship management.
• Relevant degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.

Knowledge in digital marketing and brand management.

• Previous experience in working with a diaper company is an added advantage
