Job summary
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s HR operations and supporting a positive, professional, and productive work environment. The role will manage employee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance, workplace conduct, and employee relations. The HR Manager will also ensure employees understand company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities while supporting the unique operational needs of Xunyangyang Media Limited Company, a live-streaming platform focused on music and dance entertainment on TikTok. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing HR activities in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.

Responsibities:
- Maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations.
- Manage and coordinate live-streaming orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and respectful working environment.
- Follow and promote company standards of conduct and workplace policies.
- Adhere to established communication procedures and ensure clear information is shared with relevant team members.
- Support the onboarding of new employees by helping them understand work procedures, company policies, and job responsibilities.
- Assist new employees in becoming familiar with their assigned duties and daily workflows.
- Monitor daily activities and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports at the end of each working day.
- Comply with company disciplinary requirements and maintain professional conduct at all times.
