WE’RE HIRING | CANDIDATE & ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

Location: Weija Junction, Accra

Salary: GHS 2,000/month

Work Type: On-site and remote (3 days in the office 2 days from home)

ShapeWays.io is looking for a confident, friendly and people-focused Candidate & Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be to engage with candidates and guide them through the onboarding process on our recruitment technology platform.

You’ll speak with candidates one-on-one and in groups, explain how the platform works, answer their questions and help them create and complete their profiles.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct one-on-one and group onboarding sessions

• Introduce candidates to the platform

• Guide candidates through account and profile creation

• Help candidates add their skills, projects and experience

• Answer questions and provide support

• Follow up with candidates who have not completed onboarding

• Track candidate onboarding progress

• Share feedback on common candidate challenges

✅ Comfortable using computers and online platforms

Previous HR or recruitment experience is NOT required.

What matters most is your communication skills, confidence and ability to work well with people.

LOCATION

Our office is located at Weija Junction, Accra.

We are particularly interested in candidates who live around:

Kasoa • Weija • Lapaz • Pokuase • Achimota • Kaneshie • and surrounding areas because this is an onsite role on remote. And it is Monday to Friday.
