Role Description The Hotel Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans for hotel partners, including creating promotional campaigns, coordinating advertising efforts, and managing online and offline marketing activities. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, and identifying new sales opportunities for hotel packages and services. The Hotel Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with sales teams, hotel partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, clear communication, and effective promotional strategies. The position also requires tracking marketing performance, preparing reports, and participating in client meetings and events to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills for designing and executing hotel promotion strategies.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer behavior, competitor activities, and local hospitality trends.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to engage hotel partners, negotiate packages, and convert leads.
• Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic data analysis for campaign optimization.
• Relevant experience in hotel, travel, or hospitality marketing is highly beneficial.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous proven 2-5 years experience in hospitality marketing will be a plus
