Job summary
Ripples Leadership Hub is recruiting on behalf of a reputable financial institution in Accra seeking proactive, confident, and customer-oriented individuals to join its team as Field Officers. Successful candidates will be responsible for field-based customer acquisition, relationship management, deposit mobilization, and promoting the company’s financial products and services within assigned communities and business areas. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in the field, and supporting business growth. Selected applicants will undergo a structured training and assessment program before final placement. Final selection and placement will be based on trainees’ performance, commitment, discipline, and successful completion of the training program.

Salary Range
- Salary - GHS 2,500 based on performance
- Base Salary of GHS 1,000 Monthly + Commissions based on performance of up to an additional GHS 1,500
