Marketing Officer; (Accra; Kumasi; Obuasi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Support the creation of promotional materials and digital content.
• Engage with customers and handle inquiries professionally.
• Help organize promotional events and activities.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence.

Qualification:

• Minimum of HND qualification. Degree qualification is an added advantage. Diploma applicants with significant experience may be considered.
• Ability to meet targets and work towards set objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing basics.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Well-groomed, approachable, and proactive attitude.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
