Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled In-house Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and driving brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing team to ensure all social media strategies are aligned with business goals. The working hours for this role are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, providing ample time to monitor daily trends and engage with our audience during peak hours.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule content that reflects the brand’s tone and messaging
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on social media analytics (engagement, reach, conversions) to assess campaign performance and optimize content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools to ensure innovative and competitive campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring proper targeting and budget management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, product) to align social media content with larger campaigns and company objectives.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for audience engagement and content improvement.
- Manage influencer partnerships and coordinate with external stakeholders when necessary.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to track performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management with a portfolio showcasing past work and achievements.
- Expertise in social media platforms, tools, and analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Strong communication skills with an ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and managing budgets for paid campaigns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in community management or customer support via social media is a Bonus.
