Role Description The Field Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra. This position is responsible for promoting Enlace’s education services, including mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship support, directly to schools, families, and community organizations. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, conducting field visits and presentations, explaining service offerings, and guiding interested parties through enrollment or registration processes. The Field Sales Agent will track leads, maintain accurate records of outreach activities, and provide regular reports on sales performance. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with school administrators, parents, and partners, gathering feedback from the field, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain educational services clearly to diverse audiences.
• Good organizational and time management skills to plan field visits, manage multiple leads, and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge or interest in education services, student support, or community outreach, with sensitivity to family and learner needs.
• Ability to work independently in the field, meet targets, and adapt to changing priorities and locations within Accra.
• Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking systems) for reporting and communication.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a post-secondary qualification in, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in field sales in insurance or financial marketing is a plus.
