Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Game Supervisor at The Cave Gaming Lounge. The Game Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure all gaming equipment is functioning properly, and provide excellent customer service to guests. Responsibilities include organizing gaming tournaments, managing customer bookings, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the space, and supporting friendly competition and a positive gaming experience. The Game Supervisor will also assist with resolving technical issues and ensuring that lounge policies are upheld.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of video games, esports, and related gaming platforms (e.g., PlayStation consoles)
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with players and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience with event coordination, including organizing tournaments or gaming events
- Problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and maintain gaming equipment
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise staff and ensure smooth operations
- A passionate interest in gaming and player engagement
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays when required
- Previous experience in a gaming or customer service environment is a plus
