Key Responsibilities
- Process customer bets accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, ticket payments, and winning payouts.
- Verify tickets and process winning payouts according to company procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balance the cash drawer.
- Keep the betting shop clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Follow company cash-handling, operational, and compliance procedures.
- Report any cash discrepancies or unusual transactions to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum SHS, Diploma, HND, or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
