Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across Group companies 
• Prepare consolidated Group management accounts and financial reports
• Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow planning
• Monitor the financial performance of subsidiaries and report significant variances to management
• Maintain oversight of cash flow, working capital, banking, and treasury activities
•  Ensure appropriate financial controls, policies, and approval processes are maintained across the Group
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and other financial reporting requirements
• Monitor intercompany balances and transactions
• Support financial planning for new projects, investments, and expansion into new markets
• Work with finance teams in the different subsidiaries to improve reporting quality and consistency
• Support the management team with financial analysis and decision-making
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and the Board
• Support the improvement and implementation of accounting and ERP systems across the Group

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent
  
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant finance experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in a finance management, financial controller, or similar supervisory role
  
• Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
  
•  Experience preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reports
  
• Experience with financial controls, audit, and taxation
  
•  Experience managing or supervising a finance team
  
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
  
•  Experience using accounting or ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet reporting deadlines
