Job summary
We're in search of a driven and meticulous Audit Manager to strengthen our external audit team. In this vital role, you'll provide expert evaluations of our clients' financial statements, helping to express an opinion on whether they are free from material misstatement and conform to accounting standards. Your day-to-day will involve leading audit engagements, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring audits are executed with the highest level of professional skepticism and precision, all within a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure successful execution of audit engagements.
- Strategize and manage audits in line with our firm’s standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coach and mentor audit professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvements and risk assessments to enhance auditing practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the team informed and competitive.
Requirements & Qualification
- Exceptional knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proven experience in public accounting or similar fields.
- Stellar leadership skills with a knack for team management and staff development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical mind and adept problem-solving capabilities.
- A solid history of maintaining and building client relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and generating new business opportunities.
- Professional qualifications such as ICA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- At least 5 years of experience in external auditing, including 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Location: Dzorwulu, Ghana (with some flexibility for remote work)
