Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager, located in Accra. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations within the warehouse including inventory management, stock control, and order dispatching. Responsibilities include monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate records of inventory and logistics will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems, logistics software, and data analysis tools
- Effective leadership and team management skills to supervise and delegate tasks to warehouse staff
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges and improve processes
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in warehouse management or supply chain logistics is essential
