Junior Product Manager

Your Mission

As our Junior Product Manager, you sit at the heart of innovation. Your mission is to understand what job seekers and employers genuinely need, explore how the market is shifting, and translate those insights into product improvements that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational delivery of digital products and services of the business to market working closely with relevant stakeholders within TATC & Cube.
• Serve as first level platform support for internal business stakeholders (e.g. CX, Sales etc)
• Collaborate effectively with marketing to ensure success of pre & post launch activities to ensure success of new product releases.
• Product documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Competitor research and product benchmarking
• On-platform UX research and feedback collation from end-users to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Analyze product performance and market trends.
• Conduct thorough user and market research and gather feedback, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop, research, sending emails and making calls.
• Assist with product requests for all partnership engagements (MCF & partners) with Jobberman Ghana.
• Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
• Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.

Functional Requirements

• Develop user stories and personas
• Wire frame new product workflows and adjustments.
• Prepare status and progress reports on projects
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data. 
• Identify areas for product improvement. 
• Support user testing and feedback analysis. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Performing product demonstrations for staff, and other Stakeholders.
• Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders. 

Skills and Competencies

• 2 years experience in product management
• Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Good understanding of product lifecycle and management.
• Proactive with a growth and Agile mindset.
• Attention to detail with a proactive attitude. 
• Project management and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with basic data skills
• Curiosity, Passion and Determination.
• Supportive and strong team player with good collaboration skills.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stick to deadlines.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Figma, Jira/Trello, or basic UI/UX concepts
