Job summary

Wealthy Technical Solutions is seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer who combines strong technical competence with commercial awareness to drive solution-based sales. The role involves understanding client technical needs, developing tailored solutions, preparing accurate proposals, and supporting clients through the full technical sales cycle to closure and post-sale support. The ideal candidate must have passion for sales and be able work closely with engineering and procurement teams to deliver practical, client-focused solutions.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate deep product and technical knowledge across company solutions and services
  • Engage clients to accurately assess technical needs and operational requirements
  • Design and present tailored technical solutions aligned with client specifications
  • Prepare high-quality and accurate technical and commercial proposals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients
  • Proactively engaging prospective clients to identify technical needs, introduce suitable solutions, and drive solution-based sales.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client technical requirements and specifications
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and guidance
  • Ensure timely resolution of client technical questions and issues
  • Contribute actively to sales closure and revenue generation targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships to improve satisfaction and repeat business

Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline
  • Experience in technical sales, solution sales, or sales engineering preferred
  • Ability to understand and explain technical systems and specifications
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and bid documents is an advantage
  • Knowledge of industrial/technical products or solutions is a plus
