Responsibilites:
- Team Building: Recruit and manage a dedicated team of 4 sales agents working directly under your supervision.
- Field Operations: Lead daily "treks" to various locations to promote and close phone hire purchase deals.
- Vehicle Management: Responsible for the company vehicle during field operations (driving the team to locations).
- Target Management: Motivate and drive your team to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum of Diploma, HND, Degree, or Master’s degree.
- Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a small sales team.
- Availability: High energy and willingness to travel and work "on trek" with the team daily.
Compensation & Benefits
- Team Lead Package: Combined Salary + Commission of GHC 6,000 per month.
- Team Member Pay: GHC 1,500 per month (Commission-based) for each of the 4 sales agents.
- Logistics: Full company support including a Vehicle and Fuel.
- Allowances: Travel allowance provided for all "on-trek" operations.
