Sales Representative
Job summary
<p>We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Accra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong client relationships and promoting our food and beverage products to a diverse customer base.</p>
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories
- Promote and sell the company’s food and beverage products to retailers, distributors, and direct consumers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates
- Support product demonstrations and promotional activities where necessary
General Requirements
- Must be between 25 and 35 years of age
- Must be based in Accra
Qualifications & Experience
- Option 1: HND in Marketing with 2–3 years of sales experience
- Option 2: SHS certificate with 3–5 years of sales experience
- Proven experience in food and beverage sales is mandatory
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in local languages is required
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Catering service skills will be an added advantage
