Tel-Reactivation & Outbound Retention Executive
Job summary
We are hiring an Outbound Retention & Reactivation Agent to contact potential, inactive and lost customers, introduce company products, encourage users to return, handle basic inquiries, update CRM records, and support daily, weekly and monthly performance targets in a fast-paced digital gaming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company products/services, and complete sales or appointment targets.
- Carry out user recall work: contact inactive/lost users via phone, understand their needs, solve problems, and guide them back to use products/services.
- Record and update user information accurately, and sort out call records and feedback.
- Answer user inquiries professionally, handle simple complaints and after-sales issues.
- Cooperate with the team to complete daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Summarize user feedback and provide effective suggestions for product and service optimization.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or above, 3 year or above relevant experience in telemarketing, customer service or user operation is preferred.
- Clear articulation, fluent in communication, patient and responsible, with strong learning ability.
- Outgoing personality, good listening and expression skills, strong sense of goal and pressure resistance.
- Basic computer operation skills, familiar with office software and CRM system is a plus.
- Strong sense of service, result-oriented, able to work under pressure.
- Having work experience in the sports betting or casino industry is a plus.
