Key Responsibilities
- Manage POS inventory, demand forecasts, device allocation and deployment planning.
- Coordinate secure device distribution to agents and merchants.
- Track device utilisation, faults, repairs, recoveries and replacements.
- Manage vendors and service providers against agreed SLAs.
- Maintain accurate asset, inventory and distribution records and support audits.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, inventory management or distribution.
- POS-device experience is advantageous; payments, banking, fintech or telecoms experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, asset controls, stock reconciliation and vendor management.
- Strong analytical, planning, reporting and problem-solving skills.
