National Service Personnel

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Service Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in increasing product awareness, driving customer acquisition, and expanding our presence in key retail locations through in-store activations and direct sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute in-store activations in leading retail outlets and supermarkets.
• Generate and attract new sales leads through on-ground engagement, online outreach, and referrals.
• Promote Sparkxx products to walk-in and prospective customers, providing product education and brand storytelling.
• Track and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
• Represent the Sparkxx brand professionally and enthusiastically at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• Some knowledge or experience in sales and marketing techniques is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to work in the field and engage with customers in person.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passionate about local food products and brand-building.
