The Field Worker/Marketer will be responsible for promoting and marketing the company’s home appliances and loan products directly to customers in markets, shops, offices, communities, and other business locations. The ideal candidate must be persuasive, energetic, and comfortable working in the field.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell home appliances to customers in assigned territories
- Market loan products to individuals, traders, SMEs, and salaried workers
- Identify and approach potential customers within the informal and formal sectors
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, and loan repayment terms
- Assist customers with application processes and documentation
- Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets
- Conduct daily field visits and prospecting activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide regular field reports to management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of SHS / HND qualification
- At least 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or microfinance (preferred)
- Experience in field sales or loan marketing is an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Must be energetic, confident, and results-oriented
- Willingness to work extensively in the field
