Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call center Representative based in Accra, Ghana. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing support via various channels, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer experience. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in fostering positive relationships between the company and its customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in handling inquiries across multiple communication channels
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field is preferred
