Job descriptions & requirements
- Teaching Twi (Ghanaian Language) at all levels (Basic to JHS)
- Teaching all relevant areas of the Twi curriculum as approved by GES
- Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons for learners of varying abilities
- Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment
- Creating attractive and educational classroom displays in Twi
- Preparing, assessing, and marking students’ work to support academic development
- Motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative teaching methods
- Maintaining discipline and ensuring effective classroom management
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Ghanaian Language (Twi), Education, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience
- Excellent fluency in speaking, reading and writing Twi
- Good communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
