Job summary
Menz-Kobbs Limited Company seeks an outgoing, energetic, and highly credible professional to supervise its operations in Kumasi, drive business prospecting, support operational reporting, and strengthen brand visibility and growth initiatives within designated service locations.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Supervise service machines at designated locations and ensure consistent operational performance.
- Identify new business hotspots and conduct due diligence on potential sites before recommendations are submitted.
- Prepare detailed operational and sales reports, including verification of bank deposits, books, and related records.
- Coordinate with management to resolve field-level operational challenges promptly and professionally.
- Support brand growth, customer engagement, and service quality improvements in Kumasi and nearby areas.
- Minimum of HND, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in operations, sales, field supervision, customer service, administration, or business development is preferred.
- Strong reporting, record-keeping, and basic financial verification skills, especially in handling deposits, books, and daily operational figures.
- Good communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to prospect for new sites and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic digital literacy, including the ability to use email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Must be resident in Kumasi or willing to operate effectively within Kumasi and its surrounding business communities
- Possession of a valid Ghana Card and the ability to provide credible guarantor details are required before the interview.
- Outgoing and energetic: proactive, engaging, and able to build relationships easily.
