A long-term institutional investor is looking to deploy both equity and debt financing into established companies operating in Ghana.
Criteria:
• Annual turnover between GHS 30 million and GHS 200 million
• Workforce size not exceeding 300–350 employees
• Strong governance structure and clear growth potential
Interested companies are invited to submit a 2-page company profile/summary, including an overview of operations, financial performance, and strategic direction.
