We are seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to oversee sales activities, drive revenue growth, and lead the sales team in achieving business targets. Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and engage both individual (B2C) and corporate clients (B2B)
- Generate leads through walk-ins, online platforms, referrals, and partnerships.
- Promote Auto4U services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Partnership & Business Development
- Build relationships with hotels, apartments, travel agencies, event planners, and institutions.
- Develop collaborations that drive consistent bookings.
- Negotiate partnership arrangements and pricing where applicable.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive monthly sales targets across personal and corporate rentals.
- Promote daily rentals, airport transfers, events, long-term hires, and self-drive services.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and repeat customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as key contact for clients from inquiry to completion.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
- Manage feedback, upselling, and repeat business opportunities.
Market Expansion & Brand Visibility
- Identify new sales channels and growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and recommend pricing or promotion strategies.
- Represent Auto4U at networking, marketing, and outreach activities.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with Operations and Fleet teams for booking fulfillment.
- Maintain customer database and active sales pipeline.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and reports.
