Job summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company products and services, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and other sales strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions effectively.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and agreements with customers within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
Target Achievement & Reporting
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and transaction data.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
- Use CRM systems and other sales tools to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence customers effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license may be an added advantage depending on the role requirements.
