Job summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue through direct sales of Knoxxa Digital’s connectivity solutions, including Starlink Enterprise, SD-WAN, and managed network services. This role focuses on converting qualified leads into paying customers, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering an excellent customer experience from first contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Manage and convert inbound and assigned leads into sales
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Client Engagement & Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after closure
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Handle client inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally


Solution Selling

  • Sell Knoxxa Digital’s core offerings:
  • Starlink Enterprise & Gen3 connectivity
  • Data Pool solutions
  • SD-WAN architecture
  • Managed network services
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs


Sales Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and deals
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, quotations, and client communications


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Conversion rate (leads to closed deals)
  • Proposal-to-close ratio
  • Average deal size
  • Client satisfaction and retention


Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years in sales (preferably in telecoms, IT, or technology solutions)
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets


Skills

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to understand and present technical solutions clearly
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
