Job summary
You will own wholesale sales in Ghana, building the distributor, trader and retailer network that our warehouse will supply. This is a build-from-the-ground-up role, not managing an existing book. You will be the commercial face of the company in-market.

.Job Description
- Identify and open wholesale accounts: distributors, market traders, chain retailers, institutional buyers
- Hit monthly and quarterly volume and revenue targets
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms and volume commitments within approved limits
- Work the major trade hubs in person — Makola, Kaneshie, Suame Magazine, Kumasi Central, Takoradi, Tamale
- Maintain a clean pipeline and submit weekly sales reports
- Support planning for the warehouse launch — stock mix, minimum order quantities, delivery expectations
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B, wholesale, or distribution sales in Ghana.
- An existing network among wholesalers, distributors or market traders (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with field selling: this role is spent in the market, not behind a desk
- Strong negotiator, credible with owner-operators and buying managers
- HND or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Fluent in English; a widely spoken local language (Twi, Ga, Ewe, Hausa) is an advantage
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel nationwide
What we offer
- Competitive base salary of GHS 3,500-6,000, plus uncapped commission on wholesale volume
- Direct manufacturer pricing (you sell without a middleman's margin against you) Ground-floor position with a company scaling into a permanent warehouse operation; clear path to Sales Manager as the team grows
Location: Accra, Ghana (field-based, with travel to major market centres)
Salary: GHS 3,500-6,000, plus uncapped commission on wholesale volume
