The job holder is required to implement strategies for the daily management of the School, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve marketability.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a)      Coordinate admissions, advertising, and marketing of the School

b)      Tasked with Recruitment, training, and development of staff

c)      Supervise and assess performance of administrative staff

d)      In charge of the preparation of management reports, business plans, and strategic communications of the School Management Team.

e)      Follow up on budgets, projects, and its implementation

f)       Produce and analyze monthly and annual reports

g)      Provide strategies on business improvement

h)      Negotiate business terms with organizations, key stakeholders, and suppliers

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

1.      Must have at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field

2.      A minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience in a similar role.  

3.      Must have a good working knowledge in a School Management System Application

4.      Knowledge of Microsoft office program is key

5.      A master’s degree and professional certificates will be an added advantage
