The Stores and Floor Supervisor operations. This role includes managing the kitchen staff, front-of-house team, and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. The Stores and Floor Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the restaurants reputation and profitability.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the Restaurant to the designated storage area.
- Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores of operation.
- Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders on par levels or needs.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and properly stored.
- Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
- Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
- Responsible for the verification of all goods in arrival as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s) or personnel and approved by a member of Management.
- Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
- Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and entered into the Inventory/Materials Management System.
- Post all invoices using the Material Management System (MMS).
- Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
- Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis as advised by the Financial Officer/Manager and the physical stock count should be tallied with the inventory count from the Material Management System.
- Any differences between the manual count and the MMS software must be investigated and the information forwarded to the Financial Manager.
- Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
- Extend all requisitions daily and update the inventory management software/system.
- Work closely with purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
- Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly, relating to food and beverage items.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Supervising and Coordinate waiting staff to ensure customers are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Attending to customer concerns and complaints.
- You shall report to the Stores and Floor Manager.
Qualifications:
- HND, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a food and beverage management role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and inventory systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
